We are number 6 on the south end of the cottages.

We are situated in Groombridge just north of the village centre and up the steep hill.

We are:

- 3.5 miles (8 mins) west of Tunbridge Wells.
- 12 miles (22 mins) east of East Grinstead
- 2.3 miles (4 mins) from Ashurst train station

We have two parking spaces in the car park, next to the wooden fence. The car park can get busy, even when it looks empty on arrival, so please park considerately to leave room for our neighbours.

Please feel free to charge your electric car. The cable is available at the side of the house. Type 2 AC charger — 7.4kW

The charger is already limited to only operate between 00:00 and 05:00.

Our entrance is a little unconventional, and part of the charm. Come through the side gate next to your car rather than the front door on the main road.

Because the cottage sits a floor higher than its neighbours, the front door opens directly into the first bedroom. You'll see when you get in.

You will find the key box next to the blue door.

We will send you the code shortly before your arrival. The door can be a little stiff,  give the key a firm turn and pull the door toward you at the same time.

Please always lock the doors when you leave the house.
