Getting Here

Groombridge is perched right on the Kent and East Sussex borders very near to the famous town of Tunbridge Wells, in the heart of the Weald.

It is a small village and easy to miss if you are not looking for it. The directions below will get you to the door, but if you get stuck, do not hesitate to get in touch.

From Gatwick Airport:

Car: 21.4 miles 44 mins - Head for the M23 motorway. Travel south towards Brighton for 1 junction and exit at the East Grinstead junction. Follow signs to East Grinstead, where you will turn off on the A264 towards Tunbridge Wells. Continue until the end of the road (10.4mi). Turn right towards Groombridge.

Bus: From the bus terminal take the number 20 fastway to Three Bridges Station. Change to the 291 to Tunbridge Wells.

From Dover:

Car: 67.8 miles 1hr 28mins - Head for the M20 motorway until the M26 motorway. Take exit 2a from the M26 towards Sevenoaks. Take the exit to Tonbridge and follow signs all the way to Tunbridge Wells. Take the A264 towards East Grinstead and Groombridge.

Train/Bus: 2hr 14 mins Take the London Charing Cross train and alight at Tonbridge. Change trains to Tunbridge Wells. Alight at Tunbridge Wells and find the bus stop for 291 heading towards Crawley. This bus passes through Groombridge.

From London:

Train/Bus: 1hr 15 mins Take the train from London Charing Cross or London Bridge or London Victoria to Tunbridge Wells. Alight at Tunbridge Wells and find the bus stop for 291 heading towards Crawley. This bus passes through Groombridge.
